Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing D.R.E.A.M for your consultation and booking needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policy outlining our terms and conditions for consultation services and booking. Consultation Services Service Overview: D.R.E.A.M offers professional consultations to assist with media promotions, branding, advertising, and event planning. Consultation sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Booking a Consultation: Consultations must be scheduled in advance through our official booking platform. Payment for consultation services must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Fees & Payment: Consultation fees are $50 for 1 hour duration. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved platforms. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded and may be subject to a no show/cancellation fee. Booking Services Event & Service Bookings: Clients looking to book D.R.E.A.M services, including interviews, advertisements, or promotional slots, must submit a request in advance. A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Payment & Deposits: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required before services are rendered. Payment deadlines will be provided upon booking confirmation. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Booking changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after the deadline may result in forfeiture of the deposit or partial payment. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in full payment being retained. Clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled bookings may be restricted from future services. Additional Terms Service Adjustments: D.R.E.A.M reserves the right to modify consultation and booking schedules due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified of significant updates in advance.
